Andrew
H. Marty was born in Montclair, New Jersey. Andy attended college
at American College in Paris, France and Harvard University. He
received his B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University and his
law degree from University of Puget Sound. Andy has been licensed
to practice law in Missouri since 1987 and in Illinois since 1988.
From 1987 through 1988 Andy was the law clerk for the Honorable
William H. Crandall, Jr., Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals,
Eastern District. Andy is a member of Missouri Association of Trial
Attorneys and the American Trial Lawyers Assocation and the Illinois
State Bar Association. Andy handles primarily the firm’s worker’s
compensation and social security cases.

was born in the Bootheel of Missouri in Senath, Missouri.
After graduating
from Senath High School, Charlie enlisted in the Air Force and received
training from the National Security Agency. He served four years
in the Air Force in Germany and Pakistan. Charlie then spent 2 years
in the Navy in the Phillipines. He graduated from Southeast Missouri
State University in 1971with a major in History.
Charlie received his M.A. from Northeast State University.
He then worked a few years for the Missouri Probation and Parole
Agency. Charlie graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia
School of Law in 1977. While in law school, Charlie wrote articles
for publication in the Missouri Law Review. Charlie started his
own law firm upon graduation from law school. The law office was
located in Wentzville, Missouri for twenty five years. In April,
2002, the law firm moved its office to St. Peters, Missouri. Charlie
is a Fellow in the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also
a member of the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association. Charlie has been
an active trial lawyer for many years, both in defending citizens accused
of crimes and in representing injured persons against insurance companies
throughout the surrounding area. Charlie is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell,
the highest rating an attorney can receive. This rating takes into
consideration an attorney’s
legal ability and ethics by Judges and other attorneys.

was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Truman State University in Kirksville,
Missouri where he attained his B. A. in English with a minor in History while
graduating Cum laude. Chris graduated from the University of Missouri School of
Law at Columbia in 2004. While attending law school, he volunteered over 400
hours of service in the Boone County Public Defender Office as a Rule 13 certified
student committed to advancing the legal rights of indigent citizens. Chris was the
recipient of the Thurgood Marshall Scholar award. He is a member of the Missouri
Bar Association and has been sworn in before the Federal Court for the Eastern
District of Missouri.

claims his Southern heritage as a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
He was raised in the St. Louis area and attended the University
of Missouri at Columbia for undergraduate and law school. Wayne
earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1968
and then entered the United States Army. He graduated from Engineer
Officer Candidate School in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia and was commissioned
in the Adjutant General’s Corp. Wayne served as Commanding
Officer of the United States Army Security Agency Detachment covering
the Fourth and Fifth Army area from 1969 to 1971. When he left the
service he enrolled in and completed law school. Since becoming
a member of the Bar, Wayne has been in private practice in Eastern
Missouri. He is admitted to practice in The Supreme Court of the
United States, a number of Federal Appellate Circuits, various United
States District Courts throughout the country and the Courts of the
State of Missouri. Wayne is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell. He has
handled many high profile cases throughout his career. He is a member
of the Million Dollar Advocates reserved for those who have obtained
verdicts of One Million Dollars or more. Wayne maintains membership
in many professional associations and is an Advocate in the National
College of Trial Lawyers. He served on the Board of the O’Fallon
Family Y.M.C.A.
